This role will handle check ins and check outs, client experience, client communications and more. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and eagerness to grow within. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment for vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle check in and check outs Record keeping of invoicing and collecting payments accurately Creating schedules weekly for the following week by building efficient routes for our mobile clients Answer incoming phonecalls Quote and schedule jobs for mobile or in shop appointments and educate the customers on the service and provide appropriate timeframes for the work Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Experience in automotive environments is highly desirable Knowledge of automotive services such as detailing, window tinting, paint correction and paint protection film prefered Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Basic computer skills for service writing, managing appointments, and processing transactions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This role is perfect for individuals passionate about cars who thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Pay:
