You will be responsible for helping customers by providing energetic, and delightful assistance in managing any requests they have on their insurance accounts with our company. We are looking for someone who makes sure that they work hard to keep our clients happy and with our company. (Don't Worry We Will Train You On Everything!) Responsibilities:

Handle and delegate customer inquiries and service requests Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns without assistance Document and update customer records based on interactions with accuracy Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Can You... Provide a delightful client experience over the phone and in-person? Are you organized with your time and tasks? Can you build relationships and rapport with people? Are you able to prioritize urgent matters but still work well under pressure? Are you energetic and positive? Do you have experience with written and verbal communication? Do you show up to work on time and are reliable? Are you detailed oriented and can complete tasks efficiently without guidance? Do you try to solve problems on your own and create processes to fix them in the future? Do you learn new computer software and systems quickly?
