This position is the point of contact for winery visitors, wine club members, vendors, and partners of Palmaz Vineyards. This role encompasses ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors and excellent customer service provided in the tasks of managing reservations, coordinating guest needs, supporting the daily flow of operations, and answering inquiries and service questions for club members, in person, via phone, or via email. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, professional and able to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment.
This job requires working in person, on-site, at the winery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. ° Understand and capture Palmaz Vineyards' refined style and always display it when working and engaging with the customer in person, via phone, or via email. ° Answer inquiries and customer service questions for club members. ° Arrange ship dates, update billing and shipping information from member requests via email and phone calls, most volume is during wine club releases. ° Coordinate club member shipments and respond to members' requests. ° Processing order shipment labels. ° Maintain knowledge of Palmaz Vineyards' history, wines, and offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently. ° Answer and manage incoming calls to the main line with professionalism and courtesy. ° Book, confirm, and update reservations for tours, tastings, and other winery experiences. ° Gather and communicate guest dietary restrictions or preferences to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. ° Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a professional yet warm welcome that provides a memorable experience. ° Direct vendors and coordinate deliveries, maintaining smooth onsite operations. ° Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, correspondence, and guest information. ° Collaborate with hospitality and culinary team to support guest services and special events. ° Working directlty with Ambassadors to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner. ° Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality with a courteous and welcoming greeting to each of our guests. ° Offer a thorough explanation and recommendation of all guest experiences. Page 1 ° Booking reservations and matching the customer with the right winery offering or experience. ° Maintain and organize a wait list, notifying guests when reservations are available using the reservation system. ° Back up support with incoming guest tasks such as pouring, greeting the public and basic assistance during peak volume times. ° Outreach projects as assigned by management and opportunities for cross-training.

° Excellent communication and organizational skills. ° Able to work closely with others in a professional manner. ° Self-starter, clear communicator, positive team player, multi-tasker, and dependable. ° Ability to prioritize daily operations, work under pressure and meet deadlines. ° Must have professional phone etiquette and polished interpersonal skills. ° Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. ° Possess a gracious personality that can engage guests in a luxury setting. ° True passion and enthusiasm for hospitality, wine, and the Napa Valley lifestyle. Knowledge of wine and fine dining service a plus. ° Wine knowledgeable and strong customer service acumen highly desired. ° Superior knowledge of our wines and experience offerings for the winery and the surrounding area a must. ° Positive attitude, service-driven, and enthusiasm for providing a world-class customer experience even while working in a fast-paced environment or under work related stress. ° Warm and highly polished communication skills (verbal and written), both internally and externally. ° Proficient in web-based POS, reservations platforms, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet research, and winery applications highly desired. ° Previous hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred as a Luxury Brand Concierge or Wine Club Member Services. ° Must have the ability to work weekdays, weekends, some holidays and some evenings. ° Must be at least 21 years of age.
Essential Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential fucntions and key responsibilities of this position. ° Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including computer, telephone, calculator, copier, and scanner. ° Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, lift, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach and stoop as needed, and to occasionally lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds (may be aided).
