full-time About the Company Financial Planning Ministry is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational information and a path to sound biblical stewardship through estate planning. Since 1982, FPM has assisted more than 57,000 families through partnerships with over 150 nonprofit organizations nationwide. About the Role We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Member Services & Client Relations Associate who is fluent in both English and Spanish to serve as an important point of contact for our members and ministry partners. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent judgment, a professional phone presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive personal information with discretion and care. You will communicate with individuals regarding estate-planning documents, requests, and the status of their services, often serving as the voice of our organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is warm and personable while maintaining a polished and professional communication style. You should be comfortable speaking with adults about personal and sensitive matters, able to establish trust quickly, and skilled at explaining information clearly and respectfully. Spanish fluency is essential, but professional communication, maturity, attention to detail, and client-service judgment are equally important to success in this role. We provide role-specific training on our systems, procedures, estate-planning processes, and call-handling protocols. You do not need prior estate-planning experience, but you should bring a strong foundation in professional client service and administrative support. What You'll Do Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for members, primarily by phone and email Communicate with members in both English and Spanish, as appropriate Answer a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional demeanor Listen carefully to members' questions and provide accurate information or ensure the request is appropriately routed for follow-up Provide clear and timely status updates regarding member requests and documents Handle sensitive and personal information with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment Respond to email inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and appropriate attention to tone Format, print, review, and ship estate-planning documents with exceptional attention to detail Review member information and documents for accuracy, including names, addresses, and other general information Manage incoming and outgoing mail in a timely and organized manner Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures Support departmental administrative needs and special projects as assigned You will be a strong fit if you: Are fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish Have at least 2 years of professional administrative, client service, customer service, or office experience Communicate confidently and professionally by phone, email, and in person Have a polished, mature, and approachable communication style Are comfortable discussing personal or sensitive information while maintaining appropriate discretion and professionalism Know how to create a positive client experience without becoming overly casual or informal Listen carefully and can communicate information clearly and accurately Have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, polished work Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Are dependable and follow through on commitments Exercise good judgment and know when a question should be escalated Are proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat A college degree is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated ability are valued. Compensation:

At FPM, your salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's estimated pay rate is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. The final salary is determined based on factors such as your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience. FPM also offers health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403b(b) retirement plan.
