Job Description
Norwalk Auto Auction is looking to add an Auction Success Administrator Norwalk Auto Auction has been in business since 1979, offering a stable work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. We're in a super unusual industry and our customers are exclusively used car managers and dealers; it can be super-fast paced at times, and is in an actual auction environment, but don't worry, you don't have to talk fast! It's 100% Business-to-Business. This position will report directly to the General Sales Manager (he's super-busy, successful, driven, and a very nice person and would be your first customer). On-site position — not hybrid or remote. What You'll Do
- Help customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Help present and negotiate vehicle offers.
- Keep online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate vehicle intake, transportation, and other logistics.
- Assist with marketing and special projects.

- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Are comfortable with email, texting, spreadsheets, and online tools.

- Automotive, auction, sales, or customer service experience is helpful—but personality, initiative, and dependability matter just as much.

Hourly Rate:
$21.50 to $30.00.Benefits:
