Ojai Valley Imports is hiring a customer service associate to run our shuttle and be one of the first friendly faces our customers meet. No auto industry background needed just a great attitude, a valid license, and a genuine interest in helping people. What You'll Do Drive customers to and from their homes or work in our newer Toyota Sienna shuttle Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready to go Greet every customer with warmth and professionalism Help keep the shop clean and organized, and assist our technicians with small tasks as needed Build the kind of relationships that turn first-time customers into repeat and referral business Bring energy and responsiveness to every interaction, big or small What You Need A valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check 18 years or older HS diploma or equivalent What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy talking to people and making them feel comfortable You're punctual and reliable You're a safe, confident driver You don't mind pitching in wherever needed a helpful, team-first attitude goes a long way here Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right person Why You'll Like Working Here 5-day work week no Saturdays or Sundays, so your evenings and weekends stay yours A clean, well-lit, well-organized 8-bay shop A team that's respectful and easy to work with Steady, reliable business year-round thanks to our loyal customer base Room to grow this is a great entry point into the automotive service industry Never worked at an independent shop before?
