Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a quickly growing leader in the mosaic industry. Dulcet Tile is hiring an Order Processor/ Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily support the outside sales representatives and handle order processing. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates. You will assist vendees with order questions, stock questions, customer service etc. Duties and Responsibilities
ZERO IN PERSON INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday
- Review daily emails
- Input orders into company system
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
