Client Service Representative - Full-Time

Join our team! We are two well-established veterinary hospitals in Ventura County, California; one in Port Hueneme (near Channel Islands Harbor), and the other in Camarillo. For over 38 years, our doctors and staff have been delivering a high level of medical care that both supports and educates our clients to provide their beloved pets the best of health care throughout their lives. We are looking for a qualified individual to join our multi-doctor practice as a Client Service Representative. This position is most often the first contact clients have with our hospitals, therefore we are looking for a team member that is friendly, professional, dynamic, compassionate and has a positive attitude. You must be a good listener as well as have good verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone that has 2-3 years minimum experience working in a veterinary hospital, is self-motivated, able to multi-task and pay attention to detail. Responsibilities include client and patient interaction, scheduling, telephone contact, computer skills, medical recordkeeping, and communication of key information to doctors and staff. This is a full-time position that includes one weekend day. Salary commensurate with experience in the $19 - $25 per hour range, with opportunity for advancement.
