Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Responsible for assisting the close out of register and reports for end of day/week/month.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and catering options.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering products, restocking and maintaining shelves and baking area and monitoring product levels. Responsible for keeping the dining area clean and presentable for dine in customers.
• Manage day to day operations for ordering taking for in house orders, phone orders and online delivery platforms.
• Maintain organization of front of house.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and baking desserts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of technical sales, electronics sales, retail experience is a plus
