As the first person our clients and their pets see, you'll play an essential role in making every visit warm, organized, and stress-free. What You'll Do As a Client Services Representative, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every client by: Greeting clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Scheduling appointments and coordinating client visits Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service Processing payments accurately and maintaining financial integrity Managing client and patient records using our computer systems Communicating effectively with clients, doctors, and fellow team members Helping keep our front office running smoothly in a busy, team-oriented environment Supporting our mission of providing outstanding care for every pet and every family What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people Passionate about providing exceptional customer service Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette Able to multitask while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace Honest, reliable, and confident handling financial transactions Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
