TBD Anticipated range: $20.00•$22.00, depending on experience To apply for this internal opportunity, please complete an Internal Job Application form and return it to Human Resources with a resume on or before Monday, April 27, 2026 Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support while ensuring accurate and timely order entry and processing. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email and plays a critical role in maintaining smooth order flow and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional and timely manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product, pricing, and order information Perform daily order entry, including entering, reviewing, and verifying customer orders for accuracy Process order changes, cancellations, and updates while ensuring all system information is correct Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, quality, etc.) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and order activity Support administrative and operational tasks as neededRequirements:
Qualifications Previous customer service and/or order entry experience preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with phone systems, order entry platforms, and Microsoft Office, Syspro (or similar systems) Team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude Core Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail Professionalism and reliability Strong organizational skills Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining data accuracy Customer-focused mindset Work Environment Office-based role with frequent phone and computer use Requires extended periods of data entry and multitasking across systems Expectations Maintain high accuracy in all order entry and processing tasks Meet response time standards for calls and emails Contribute to team goals related to customer satisfaction and order performance Maintain a collaborative and respectful work environmentSimilar remote jobs
