No Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures Monitor patient condition throughout surgery and ensure safety protocols are followed Maintain accurate patient records and charting Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia staff, and healthcare teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards Requirements Active RN License Minimum 2 years recent experience in Operating Room / Surgery nursing BLS certification required ACLS and additional certifications preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
