In this role, you will handle transactions efficiently, assist customers with their needs, and promote our products through engaging demos and upselling techniques. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help foster loyalty and ensure store operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling strategies Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for register balances Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts Use phone etiquette to communicate clearly with customers and team members, supporting a positive shopping environment Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Supervising experience is a plus, especially when guiding new team members or managing customer interactions during busy periods Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for providing top-tier customer service Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service while growing your retail expertise!
