At DCG, we don't have a sales force—Our Customer Service Representatives' ability to satisfy customer orders is what drives our business.

Requirements:

Our Customer Service Team is responsible for allocating orders, submit routing and creating bills of ladings; as well as keeping our customers updated on the current status of their orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

including, but not limited to, the following: Allocate orders in WMS Generate UCC and Shipping Labels Submit and collect routing requests Create Bill of Ladings Invoice customers for value added services Keep our customers updated on the current status of their orders Assist the Customer Service Representative Manager(s), Captains and other members of the department as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 year of experience in a 3PL environment strongly preferred Knowledge of general warehouse practices Routing procedures and vendor compliance for major retailers LTL vs. TL requirements Small parcel shipping including FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship Requirements for VICS bills of ladings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet and manage deadlines
