An agent shouldn't have to figure out everything KW offers on their own—or wonder who to ask when they get stuck. KW Roseville is looking for an
- Agent Services Coordinator
- who helps agents get connected, stay connected, and make the most of the people, tools, and opportunities around them. You'll be a trusted point of contact for agents at every stage: welcoming someone new, helping an established agent find the right resource, and making sure a question doesn't disappear in a handoff.
- What you'll do
- Guide new and experienced agents through onboarding, orientation, and transitions into the market center.
- Support existing agents as they navigate KW's technology, marketing resources, training, and other programs—helping them understand what's available and how to plug in.
- Listen for what agents need, connect them with the right specialist or leader, and follow through until they have a clear next step.
- Keep associate information, intake and exit processes, and licensing-related handoffs accurate and organized.
- Help agents feel informed and included through clear communication, introductions, training, and market center events.
- Notice recurring points of friction and work with the team to improve the agent experience.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and using tools such as Canva and Claude to schedule engage and help with content creation

You're resourceful, organized, and dependable. You can learn a system, explain it simply, and help someone take the next step without making them feel foolish for asking. You know when to solve a problem yourself, when to bring in an expert, and when to follow up to make sure it actually got resolved. Experience in real estate, brokerage operations, agent support, customer success, or a service-focused coordination role is valuable.
