  • THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION
  • RC Willey is seeking a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic full-time Call Center Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Roseville Distribution Center.
This on-site position is ideal for a motivated, hardworking individual who is career-minded and ready to provide exceptional customer support.
Starting Pay:
$18 hourly ($17.25 per hour + $.75 shift differential
Shift:
 Mon
  • Sat. 10:30am

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, service issues, and general inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Provide phone support to internal departments, including Delivery, Customer Service, and Store teams, to ensure smooth coordination. Follow up on customer issues and service requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication. Maintain accurate records of interactions and perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently Basic computer and typing skills Call center or customer service experience preferred To help keep our associates and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
