Core Responsibilities Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls to resolve product inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Technical Guidance:
Assist customers with product identification and solution explanations.
Operations Support:
Support the team with local administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth launch of our Los Angeles presence.
Problem Resolution:
Negotiate win-win solutions for both the customer and the company across diverse scenarios.
Performance Standards:
Meet daily metrics for call quality, management, and productivity while adhering to all established processes.
Documentation:
Accurately record customer demographics, product details, and troubleshooting steps.
Professionalism:
Maintain a polished and professional image during all customer interactions.
Special Tasks:
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications Language:
Chinese and English as working languages.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Los Angeles area and local business environment is a strong plus.
Education:
High school diploma or above.
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
Positive attitude with a high degree of flexibility and teamwork.
Compensation:
Base Salary:$3,300-$3,600 per month (DOE) Performance Bonus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
