We are currently hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital. If you have veterinary experience and a passion for customer care, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails and text messages Schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency Work with a paperless medical records system (computer proficiency is key) Maintain a clean, organized reception area Support the veterinary team with a positive and helpful attitude Collect payments from clients after their pet's services have been rendered. Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a veterinary setting (Preferred) Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Friendly, articulate, empathetic communicator Comfortable using modern technology and learning new software Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent required ; college degree preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25-$27 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance with Kaiser Permanente 401K with employer match Employee discounts Paid vacation Staff performance bonuses A positive, team-oriented work environment Schedule We are open Monday through Saturday , and offer both full-time and part-time roles.
