Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at San Carlos Flight Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, dispatching flights, checking-in and invoicing flights, tracking flight hours, scheduling member flights, and assisting with social media posts and updates. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will assist with event planning and hosting, award tracking, general office work and support, welcoming and signing-up new members, answering phone calls and emails, and keeping the office clean and organized. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for effectively communicating with line service and other staff.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls Dispatching flights Checking-in and invoicing flights Tracking flight hours Scheduling member flights Assisting with social media posts and updates Assisting with award tracking General office work and support Welcoming and signing-up new members Answering phone calls and emails Keeping office clean and organized Effectively communicating with line service and other staff Hosting seminars and events
Requirements:
Competency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets Basic arithmetic Professional attitude and demeanor Aviation experience preferred Able to live and work in the United States Able to commute to San Carlos for work 2-3 days a week If you are a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a passion for aviation, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity. Work Hours and Schedule:
We are open 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM every day. Looking for someone who can work about 24 hours, either in 8 hour or 4 hours shifts.
Compensation:
