Job Description

Call Center Representative Pay:
$18.75 - $20.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Make outbound calls for follow-up, scheduling, customer service, and account updates Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems Process orders, requests, and account changes Provide product, service, and policy information to customers Meet productivity, quality, and customer service metrics Follow established procedures and maintain compliance standards Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed Qualifications 1+ years of call center, customer service, or high-volume phone experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
