$21.50 per hour 1st
Shift:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable using computer applications including Microsoft Outlook and data entry systems Key Skills Customer support and conflict resolution Data entry and documentation accuracy Time management and multitasking Professional phone and email communication Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, exchanges, or billing adjustments Follow up with customers regarding claim investigations and issue resolutions Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further review Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support via phone and email Accurately document customer information and updates within company systems "The Staffmark team delivered great service but always checking in on the assignment and making sure everything was going well."
