Job Summary A growing manufacturing organization in San Fernando, CA is seeking a Customer Service

• Supply Chain or Aerospace professional for a direct hire opportunity.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused supply chain professional or aerospace or manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction. The position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, partner closely with sales, production, shipping, receiving, and quality control teams, and play an important role in ensuring customer orders and expectations are managed accurately. • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and professional support throughout the order and supply chain process.
• Support the sales department by coordinating customer needs, order details, delivery updates, and internal communication.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, and quality control teams to help ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order status, resolve customer service issues, and escalate concerns as needed to maintain service quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Use math, documentation, and written communication skills to support order accuracy, reporting, and customer requirements. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

• Support customer service and supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner with sales, production, shipping, receiving, and quality control teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer communication, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate information and follow-up related to customer orders and requirements.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, supply chain, or client support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing required.
• Aerospace industry experience required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting sales teams in a manufacturing or aerospace supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with production schedules, shipping processes, receiving functions, and quality control coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
