Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Juan Capistrano, CA. - Receive and process customer sales orders received primarily by email and occasionally by phone.
- Enter orders into internal systems, print and organize order paperwork, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, updates, and required information.
- Coordinate with inventory, accounting, and other internal departments to support order fulfillment, invoicing, and purchase order creation.
- Assist with compliance-related paperwork and import/export documentation as needed, with training provided.
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office tools to track order activity, organize information, and support daily workflow. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000 to $68,000 per year.

- Process customer sales orders and maintain accurate order documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to confirm inventory, support invoicing, and create purchase orders.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve questions and keep orders moving.
- Support compliance paperwork and detailed administrative follow-up in a regulated environment.
- 3-5 years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or related administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly communication style.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork, data entry, and follow-up.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to wear many hats as business needs evolve. Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with M3 or similar ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Exposure to import/export documentation, compliance paperwork, or regulated business environments is helpful.
