Job Description
About Us We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems. Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will follow up on existing accounts and customer service calls. This position ensures our customers know their business is appreciated and that their needs and concerns are our upmost priority. This will be measured by retaining a greater percentage of our customer base, which will be accomplished by evaluating our performance in communication, documentation, thoroughness, site surveys, technician performance, timeliness, and sense of value. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain insight into our service performance
- Document, with accuracy, customer responses and your impressions from these visits
- Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure our quality
- Present new technology and enhanced PM services when given the chance
- Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership
- Monitor all maintenance data to proactively respond to situations before the customer calls us
- Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette as well as professional friendly demeanor.
- The ability to solve problems and act with appropriate urgency
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Geographic Disclosure Compensation Range:
$28 - $34 per hourBenefits:
