Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find their favorite products, providing excellent service, and supporting sales efforts. If you enjoy engaging with people and have a passion for retail, this could be the perfect fit for you! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate cash registers (POS systems) accurately for retail sales transactions and handle cash or card payments with care. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised. Pull, pack, invoice and ship wholesale and online orders. Create gift packs. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies. Opportunities to attend and work shows and events. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math helps streamline transactions. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse customers and employees.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday (some during December) Typical end time: 5PM Typical start time: 9AM Looking for both part time and full time.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
