Job Description

Ready for a role where the day flies by, no two hours are the same, and you actually love your coworkers (both the two- and four-legged ones)? The Customer Service Team at Animal Care Clinic is looking for our next rockstar! We run a bustling, high-energy, 7-doctor practice and our customer service team is the heartbeat that keeps the whole place humming. From mastering our scheduling system and juggling calls to being the calm, reassuring voice a worried pet parent needs to hear, you'll be at the very center of the action. Plus, we are only open during the weekdays, so the weekends are always yours. If you get a kick out of solving puzzles, thrive when things are moving fast, and love people just as much as you love animals, you are going to fit right in. What you'll bring to the table: A natural multitasker: You're comfortable jumping between software programs while delivering genuinely compassionate service.
A people person:
You can easily connect with all kinds of personalities—from joyful new puppy parents to anxious clients who just need a bit of extra empathy.
A desire to learn:
We require our team to hold a Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit and be Fear Free Certified. Don't have those yet? Don't worry—we'll sponsor and help you get certified! If you're looking for a boring desk job, this isn't it. But if you want a challenging, rewarding, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts lives every day, we'd love to meet you.
