You need to be available to work weekends and holidays. Duties . Operating the cashier and handling transactions accurately. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure adherence to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms. Learning and preparing a variety of coffee and espresso drinks. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
