Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for answering calls entering/processing orders in a timely manner. Orders may come come in via phone, fax and e-mail. Work with customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding their orders and enter order information into the company tracking system. Strong problem solving skills, detail oriented and time management skills Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent 10 key and Data Entry skills Bi-lingual preferred. Spanish/English Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed Qualifications, Skills and Education Bi-lingual (Spanish) Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to create professional presentations and spreadsheets Ability to work with data to develop spreadsheets and reports Detail oriented and effective in a fast-paced office environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
