NIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Duties Handle all incoming and outgoing calls General office duties Process all orders in a timely manner Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Vendors and Employees Maintain accurate inventory processes & procedures Conduct research with inventory to help identify areas of opportunity Candidate will learn to process credits, Invoices to Follow & Receiving Offer friendly, helpful service with a smile Requirements Good Math & English skills Good PC skills, typing & strong 10-key by touch skills

Bilingual:
