Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Specialist with proven QuickBooks experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the central hub for processing customer orders, managing inventory updates, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, warehouse, and shipping departments. Your expertise in QuickBooks will enable you to accurately track transactions, generate reports, and support efficient order fulfillment. Duties Working with all aspects of the order desk and integrating with the warehouse Answering phones and entering customers orders Working with Sales Reps on Customer specifics and order details Receiving Customer payments and entering into QB Updating pricing sheets Verifying inventory Logistics & shipping Accessing Google drive files and spreadsheets Maintaining Customer list Customer Service Processing Customer return paperwork and Credit Memos Entering new Customers into QB Special projects and assignment as needed Requirements Proven experience working with QuickBooks Customer Service Experience Logistics experience/ Setting up 3PL shipments deliveries MS Windows & Google Drive Computer proficient Self motivated, reliable and honest
