Meet or exceed all departmental goals while adhering to company policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Maintain daily and monthly calls, revenue and EFT goals
• Process customer payments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Contact clients to collect current, missed, and outstanding payments
• Take actions to encourage timely payments and payoffs
• Set-up and recover EFT payments
• Accurately notate and update client accounts and statuses
• Perform duties in the Accounts Services department as needed
• Contribute to the Account Services team to meet all departmental goals. Benefits Offered
