Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, create a relationships with customers and ensure customers always receive friendly, prompt, quality service while showing appreciation for their business. and ensuring a positive experience. Interacting with customers utilizing our POS system to process inbound and outbound clothing orders. Package finished orders and inventory onto conveyor rack. Process inbound clothing orders by tagging and sorting garments. Individuals will be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail while standing. As our Front Desk Clerk is the face of our business and brand, these candidates must enjoy working with people and as a team to represent the Company in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable customer experience for our customers.

Mon-Fri 9am-7pm & Sat 9am-5pm Currently looking for someone that can work 10 hours per week

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and friendly interactions with a positive energy in a professional manner. Create an experience where each customer is valuable and act with a "customer comes first" approach (including phone inquiries). Respond to customer needs and their requests for the handling and cleaning of their garments. Notify experienced staff to help provide support for customer consultations as needed. Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of orders utilizing a computerized point-of-sale system and credit card processing machines. Process customer work orders including inspecting, heat sealing, and marking in garments while paying careful attention to garment care labels and customer requests. Help rack and organize cleaned garments as needed. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of customer service work areas. Maintain a very high degree of regular punctual daily attendance and professional appearance.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED Previous dry cleaning industry experience

PREFERRED

Previous customer service experience Computer skills to utilize point-of-sale system Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer service opportunities. Attention to detail

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing & walking Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds of garment bags and finished items on hangers
