We provide personalized, high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats through both in-clinic and mobile appointments . We are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Client Care Representative /Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and their pets and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and patients Client communication via answering phones, emails and texts regarding appointment reminders, follow-ups, medications and other veterinary services Coordinating both in-clinic and mobile veterinary appointments (including rehab and surgeries) Checking patients in and out and assisting with client flow throughout the day Managing medical records and maintaining accurate client and patient information Processing payments and assisting with estimates and invoices Assisting the veterinary team with day-to-day administrative and technical needs Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and clinic Providing compassionate and knowledgeable customer service, particularly when clients or their pets are experiencing stressful situations. Liase between veterinarian and clients when necessary. We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is comfortable around animals Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Is dependable, professional, and a positive team player Is comfortable learning veterinary terminology, practice software, and new systems Has previous veterinary reception/client service experience preferred, but not required Is comfortable around animals and has a a genuine interest in thier health and wellness

Pay Range:

The pay range listed is determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.

Schedule:
