Managing our showroom includes the following responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries as expediently as possible. Keeping accurate records of purchase orders/invoices and being adept at finding information when it is not directly provided. Communicating with the project manager and assisting with logistics. Ensuring that customers receive status updates about their projects. Willing to learn our products and industry to best support showroom activities. Help customers select materials for kitchen and bathroom renovation.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required. Associate degree/College Diploma or a related major is preferred. Highly organized Customer service experience. Effective communication (written and spoken). Positive Attitude, resourceful & problem solver. Minimum of 2 years of experience in serving customers. Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Languages:

Bilingual in the Arabic language is highly preferred
