Client Services Specialist

Join our team as a Client Services Specialist in this West Sacramento temp-to-hire role, offering a competitive pay range of $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. This position requires prior experience in print, mail, or fulfillment to qualify. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from gathering client specifications and providing accurate estimates to coordinating with internal teams to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met. We are looking for a multitasking professional with at least two years of customer service experience, an Associate degree (or equivalent), and strong Microsoft Office skills who can maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout every projectsalary: $20 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4:30

Project Scoping:

Gather client specs for print, mail, and tech solutions to provide accurate estimates and proposals.

Quality Control:

Audit work orders, change orders, and invoices against client specs for 100% accuracy.

Project Tracking:

Proactively communicate milestones and provide status reports to clients and sales teams.

Account Support:

Assist sales in client retention and growth by managing daily business communications.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Lead meetings and business reviews to align sales, operations, and the customer.

Vendor Liaison:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all external production and delivery dates are met.

Compliance:

Adhere to all SOPs, safety protocols, and quality security procedures.
