Shift hours worked between:

7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour 11pm-7am = additional $3/hour any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour What makes the best candidates? Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives Minimum two-years of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience preferred ) Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice Our Client Care Team consists of Client Care Representatives and Referral Coordinators. While your day to day can vary, some duties you can expect will consist of: Answer incoming calls, triaging urgent messages, directing calls to appropriate department Effectively communicate/resolve client questions via phone and email Maintain an empathetic and compassionate demeanor when working with our pet parents Assist referring hospitals with questions in timely and efficient manner Maintain medical records

Referral Coordinators :
