This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional service. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule service appointments accurately and in a timely manner. Respond to incoming emails or direct them to the appropriate team members. Maintain and update customer information in our operating system. Support overall office operations and help ensure system accuracy and integrity. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively. Schedule Primarily afternoon/evening hours and weekends. Flexibility may be required based on business needs. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
