This role will handle inbound client intake calls for potential clients in the Aurora office. The Bachus & Schanker Experience is centered on serving our clients with the utmost compassion, dignity and understanding. This is an in-office position you must have the flexibility to work a variable schedule that could include evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm .

Responsibilities:

Talk with potential clients about their case Schedule intake appointments with attorneys and clients when appropriate Respond to calls and emails immediately Ensure the internal database is updated with client information upon completion of calls Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent, but relevant work experience will be considered Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing The ability to handle complex customer service calls Experience with Microsoft Office products Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events and projects Ability to quickly solve problems Strong attention to detail Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume call center A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done Ability to work independently under tight time constraints

Preferences:

At least 1 year of customer service representative experience, preferably in a call center environment Bilingual in

Spanish Compensation and Benefits:

Base Pay of $20 - $21 an hour, plus company paid benefits, and incentives/bonus program (general total compensation package of $45,000 - $55,000). Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience, performance, and paid benefits selected.
