Job Description

Job Overview White Whiskers is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable candidate with outstanding communication skills to join our team as a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) and Logistics Coordinator for scheduling our mobile and in-person veterinary staff. Veterinary experience is a pre-requisite as a successful candidate will navigate daily interactions with new and existing clients whose pets require nuanced and sometimes out-of-the-box problem solving. This position requires an ability to compassionately discuss end-of-life care and other sensitive topics as well as the ability to engage amiably with our longstanding clients. The ideal candidate is also a registered veterinary technician, opening up new opportunities for further career advancement and additional income within our new veterinary rehabilitation focused office. White Whiskers and our sister practice, Roaming Veterinary Team, seek to elevate the veterinary experience by addressing the short-comings of the traditional veterinary model. We pursue excellence through a start-up mentality, diagnosing the unmet needs of our clients and problem solving how we might build our practice to meet those needs. We are looking for candidates who are looking to fall in love with their profession all over again or to reignite that passion that has otherwise been snuffed out by more traditional veterinary roles. For those who meet our qualifications, we look forward to speaking with you. Duties Prompt response to client inquiries and requested support via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding our veterinary services as well as assisting in redirecting clients towards organizations that provide services we do not. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, patient requests, and tasks through our veterinary software system. Work with a busy team's schedule to effectively organize and schedule clients across multiple 'departments.' Stay up to date on veterinary knowledge and company policies to provide informed support. Check in/check out in-person clients at our office location. Process payments/check out mobile clients upon visit completion. Skills English Proficiency Experience in veterinary customer support roles. Excellent communication skills both with clients and team members. Resilience in the face of grief-laden interactions. Detail Oriented Precise typing skills for efficient data entry. Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-focused mindset.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
