We are currently expanding our Englewood team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Client Services Representatives .

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year Performance-based earnings with opportunities for advancement. This is an entry-level, client-facing position focused on helping individuals better understand their health coverage options. You'll speak with prospective clients, learn about their needs, provide information about available health insurance options, and help guide them through the process. No previous insurance experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients by phone Ask questions to better understand their individual health coverage needs Provide clear and professional information about available health insurance options Answer questions and help clients understand the next steps Assist clients throughout the selection and enrollment process Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed Maintain accurate records of client conversations and follow-ups Work alongside your team to provide a positive client experience What We're Looking For You don't need an insurance background to apply. We're looking for dependable, motivated people who communicate well and are interested in developing new professional skills. Work Environment In Office | Full-time | Englewood, CO This is a phone- and computer-based position performed from our Englewood office. You'll work alongside a supportive team while communicating with individuals who are exploring health insurance coverage. This is not a door-to-door or field sales position. Training & Development Previous health insurance experience is not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you learn about health insurance products, develop your communication skills, and become comfortable working with clients. Where licensing is required for the position, candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate health insurance license.
