You'll play a key role in day-to-day club operations — greeting members, running the bar, managing court schedules, and working closely with management to keep the club running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a growing pickleball community. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and handle check-in Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally Assist guests with food and alcohol purchases Oversee day-to-day operations of the courts and facility Enforce club rules and policies to keep players safe Keep courts and common areas clean and organized Support marketing of club events and membership growth Answer questions about facilities, programs, and membership options Coordinate court reservations using our club management software Help with special events, promotions, and other club activities as needed Manage day-to-day communications including phone, email, social media, and flyers Qualifications Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred (restaurants, bars, sports facilities) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with pickleball, or willingness to learn Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable learning club management and POS software Colorado Alcohol Server certification preferred, not required — we can provide training First aid/CPR certification preferred, not required — we can provide training Physical Requirements Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs occasionally Benefits $15/hr + tips + pro shop commission Complimentary club membership and discounts in the bar and pro shop Employee discount Opportunities for professional development A fun, supportive team in a growing pickleball community About Us 3rd Shot Pickleball operates indoor pickleball clubs in Sheridan, Wheat Ridge, and Longmont, Colorado; Reno, Nevada; and Evansville and Indianapolis, Indiana.
