Job Description
Overview We're looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers who need help troubleshooting their cameras, managing returns, and getting fast, friendly assistance. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding support. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with office software and computerized systems is required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
