Job Description
We are looking for a personable and attentive Customer Service Representative to support guest interactions during a busy event in Grand Junction, Colorado. This is a Contract position suited for someone who stays calm in a lively setting, enjoys helping people, and can keep visitor movement organized throughout the day. The role combines front-line customer support, event entry coordination, and on-site assistance to help create a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Guide guests as they arrive and direct them to the correct event areas in a friendly and detail-focused manner.
- Oversee attendee flow in high-traffic spaces to help maintain orderly movement and a positive on-site experience.
- Use a provided tablet to check tickets and record visitor details accurately at entry points.
- Respond to attendee questions promptly and provide clear information about event logistics, locations, and services.
- Keep event materials such as pricing information and layout documents stocked and ready for guest use.
- Monitor public-facing areas throughout the shift and address minor service issues before they affect the attendee experience.
- Remain active on the event floor for extended periods, using breaks as available while maintaining coverage needs.
