Job Description

Position Summary As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. You'll coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies, technicians, and estimators while ensuring every customer receives excellent service from drop-off to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone. Schedule estimates and repair appointments. Create and maintain customer files. Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times. Coordinate with insurance companies and rental car providers. Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages promptly. Process payments and close repair orders. Maintain accurate customer records in the management system. Assist estimators and production staff with administrative tasks. Assist with clerical duties like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Qualifications Required Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably within a customer service environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with productivity software. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Experience in an auto body, automotive, dealership, or insurance environment preferred Familiarity with estimating or shop management software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar) Experience handling insurance claims What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and welcoming Calm under pressure Highly organized A problem solver Reliable and punctual A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable communicating with customers throughout the repair process
Pay:
$15.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
