We are hiring a Customer Account and Service Representative to manage existing client accounts, follow up on incoming leads, and help local business owners find the right solutions. What You'll Do:

Connect with existing and prospective business clients via phone, chat and email. Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations. Manage incoming leads and follow up to build long-term local business relationships. Participate in ongoing product and sales training to boost your commission earnings.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Retail, Reservations or anything related to customer service or sales.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor.

Tech Skills:

Comfortable using basic email, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Reliability:

Punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward weekly goals.

What We Offer:

Guaranteed Base Pay:

$18.00 to $20.00/hr starting base plus commissions and spiffs on immediate sales!

Uncapped Earnings:
