Job Description
Job Summary The Role The Client Services Associate serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an important role in delivering seamless, professional client experience. This position combines client service, administrative support, technology, and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance client communications, and support business operations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service.
- Manage client communications, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up.
- Prepare detailed meeting materials using historical CRM data and AI tools.
- Prepare and process new account applications, transfers, and other client documentation.
- Support Financial Advisors with administrative and client-service needs.
- Maintain accurate client records while protecting confidentiality and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Assist with office operations, workflow management, and practice-growth initiatives.
- Coordinate incoming client requests and other client communications.
- Monitor deadlines and support compliance audits and required documentation.
- Monitor and upload content to Social media platforms and manage business website.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Skills
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, or a client-facing professional environment a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Client-first mindset with a focus on building and strengthening relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and workflow management systems.
- Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements are preferred, but not necessary.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:
