This role involves engaging with clients and customers to provide exceptional support, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have a strong customer-focused attitude. Bilingual abilities and experience with construction contractors is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in client services, sales, and data entry within a dynamic and supportive workplace. Responsibilities Answers incoming telephone calls, assists walk-in customers, retrieves and responds to customers' emails. Assists sales staff. Processes sale orders and sample orders. Produces loading tickets for brick hauling trucks. Posts daily ticket and sample orders. Updates order status and informs customers of open orders. Maintain Inventory of resale supplies. Adheres to and ensure all plant policies and procedures, Standard of Personal Conduct and Safety Rules are followed and enforced. Requirements Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous Prior experience with order processing systems is a bonus This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
