Immediate opening Mon - Fri • 7:15 am - 4:00 pm Performance Automotive INC is a trusted, state-of-the-art repair facility serving Southeast Colorado. We're a growing independent shop that takes pride in doing honest, high-quality work — and we treat our team the same way we treat our customers. We're looking for a reliable, personable service writer to be the face of our front counter and keep our shop running smoothly. What you'll do Greet customers and build lasting relationships — by phone, text, and in person Listen to customer concerns and communicate clearly about requested and recommended services Write up accurate repair orders and dispatch work to technicians Confirm appointments, maintain contact & obtain approvals for recommended repairs and services Maintain a clean, organized front-desk and customer waiting area What we're looking for Outstanding communication and people skills — this role is built on trust Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Prior automotive or service advisor experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person 1-year minimum prior office experience 2 years preferred Why work with us?
