Member Service Representative (Call Center), Hybrid Lone Tree, CO Job Details Full-time $19.50 - $23.50 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Paid sick time Qualifications Spanish Financial sales Financial transaction processing Multilingual Bank transfers Promoting bank products Financial regulatory compliance Entry level Full Job Description There are 3 schedules for this position - candidates need to have availability to work any of the three shifts below: 8am-6pm (or end of call queue) Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm, 1 day off during week Tuesday-Thursday 7:50am-4:50pm Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday Training is fully in-office 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. The starting pay range for this position is $19.50-$23.50 hourly, and final pay rate will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity factors.

For Current Canvas Employees:

Other Important Information You'll be asked to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday — 40 hours per week. You'll use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets. The position also requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files, and flex paperclips. You may be required to bend, stoop, or stand on one leg while multiplying fractions and compounding daily, variable interest in your head. Just kidding — nobody can do that on one leg.
