Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to your success in this position. Shifts are from 2-7 Monday-Friday and 10-2 Saturdays Candidates Must be able to work these specific hours. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and with co-workers.

If you are able to:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area
• Assist with inventory management
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Specific duties include handling incoming and outgoing laundry and dry cleaning items for our customers.

Training is provided.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and operating point-of-sale systems
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred Must be able to work independently and with other employees.

Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds. Must have reliable transporation. Shifts are from 2-7 Monday-Friday and 10-2 Saturdays Candidates Must be able to work these specific hours.
